Management Services

As described by the Board, assume the day-to-day duties of managing the affairs of the Community.  

Maintain and provide access to Association records and governing documents.  

Maintain current roster of Members.  

Coordinate the agenda and provide proper notification of Board and annual meetings.

Prepare the minutes of Board meetings within 72 hours.  

Provide Manager’s report at Board and annual meetings.  

Meet with and assist Committees.  

Assist Board with Member’s compliance to the governing documents.  

Coordinate the sale/transfer of units as required by the Association’s documents.  

Assist the Board with compliance to state and local ordinances.  

Coordinate legal matters with the attorney.  

Keep the Board informed of the latest changes to Florida condominium laws.
